This classic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced with only the finest quality olives. It is created via the "Cold Press" method which produces a clean tasting extra virgin olive oil. Its rich flavor seasons well with a small quantity, which enhances rather than covers the flavor of every dish.
Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. This oil may cloud if cooled but will clear when returned to room temperatures.

Have been using this olive oil for vinaigrettes and love it. It is mild and not too peppery and allows the flavor of the balsamic vinegar to come through. This makes for a salad that just pops with flavor and add just a pinch of greek oregano and it takes me back to my childhood.

Recently I purchased some pricey olive oil and had it mailed from Greece for an exorbitant price. I like mythology much much better. It is tastier and the shipping was reasonable.

Exceptionally well balanced olive oil. Not too strong and well rounded with a buttery, mild nutty flavor. Great for cooking and straight up on bread. It's without a doubt the best all around olive oil I have ever tasted. My wife loves it "Tuscan Style" on steaks as well as mixed with melted butter and fresh riced garlic and spread on my BBQ'd french bread.
