Almost as good as the Chilopites my grandmother and her sisters would make by hand -- hand rolled and sliced and set to dry on clean white sheets atop all the beds. I make roast lamb (garlic, salt, pepper, greek oregano and rosemary for seasoning) and sauce the Chilopites with the roast dripping mixed with thinned tomato paste. Delicious.
