Being Italian, we are used to homemade pastas. I purchased this product (Hilopites Tripoleos by Fantis) in an Italian specialty shop and it is as good as homemade. It is quality pasta with an incredible flavor and texture.

My husband loves Hilopites, but unless I go to a Greek grocery or Greektown, it's difficult to find. Thank you for offering different foods on your site.
