Quality product! This bottle will go long way. You just have to know how to use it because vanillin and vanilla are different things. I add vanillin to my confections with knife tip (hipping 2 times) than mix and try if more needed. Overdoing vanillin will do your butter turn bitter. So you have to be a pro!
