Chios mastic gum (mastiha) is a unique product with many beneficial qualities and wide-ranging uses since antiquity. After chewing mastic - leave to garden and ground to powder- *Do not use an electric grinder ~ then place on spoon and in mouth , swallow with some water for all ailments stomach related - ulcers and GASTRIC etc there are no known side effects , I’m not a dr , so please check with your doctor ...

I've been using as chewing gum.
Words great.
No sugar. No fake sugar.
Not bitter.
Good flavor (mild, arbor-ly herbal).
These are not large pieces so I'll use like 5-10 of them depending on how much gum I want to chew.
They become one piece after a bit of chewing.
Basically behaves and feels almost exactly like commercial chewing gum after a minute of chewing. (Unless you drink something cool — then it becomes oddly brittle until warm it / chew it back up — goes back to gum state).
I'm not an expert in mastic (not at all) but I'd say these are good.

I was looking for authentic Tears of Chips and I'm glad I ordered these! The packaging looked great and after a couple weeks of chewing the gum, I feel like my teeth are actually getting healthier! I feel less pressure in the teeth where I have cavities, which is so great 😁!

I have long history of stomach-digestive issues. Someone recommended me try this Mastic Gum. I am not sure still, but after chewing this Gum I definitely feels better. Much less acidic reflux ,less abdominal discomfort. Probably i 'll be order again. Shipping was extremely fast !!!Thank you!
