I use both the Regular Cavender's and the Salt Free Cavender's on absolutely everything and could not manage my kitchen without it. It is great with eggs, fish, beef, chicken, lamb & pork on all vegetables and grains. I have two family members on salt free diets so I keep both containers available at all times. This combination of spices is outstanding and I am constantly asked what spices I have used and where I can find the brand. Friends ask me if I can pick some up for them. I think every single grocer should stock this item!!
