It came from Greece to Florida USA very quickly.... I only got a small bite... and it was delicious!!!
Unfortunately, Hurricane Ian caused my power to be out to long and I had to throw it away.

We are going to CO for Christmas and will be celebrating a Greek Christmas. Of course, we wanted this cheese for Saganaki. It's hard to find. I was pleased to find the size we wanted and was happy with the delivery. We'll buy the brandy when we get there. Oopa!
High quality cheese

Great service and the cheese was fantastic for making sagnaki!

The Kefalograviera cheese is almost impossible to find in south Texas. I found the Greek Market on line and order the cheese directly. It arrived exactly as described and on time. Because of the second day delivery, shipping was a little pricey, but the end result of Saganaki was spectacular. I will definitely be ordering from them again.
Outstanding Quality

I was skeptical at first about ordering cheese on line, but took a chance with this company anyway. The owner is wonderful and the cheese is absolutely delicious. I ordered this cheese to make my own Saganaki as the greek restaurants near me no longer use quality cheese. This is authentic Saganaki cheese!

It arrived on time. It is delicious! I use it to make saginagi for Sunday breakfast with eggs!
Good cheese, fast but pricey shipping

Can't find this cheese locally in Atlanta area, so had to go online. There are other online markets for this, but price+shipping, Greek Internet Market was the best value. Cheaper shipping would have been nice (the shipping was about 2/3 the price of the cheese) but what can you do?

This cheese made great saganaki once I got the thickness right. Too thin and it will liquify too quickly and too thick it will not melt propoerly in the middle. My only complaint is that the website stated that it must be shipped at least 2 day air or they will not garuantee the cheese. Makes sence but it was only sent from one shipping day away and I could not find the address of the company. Other than that, the cheese is great.

This cheese is used in fine Greek restaurants to make "saganaki", a flaming cheese appetizer. You ignite the cheese with brandy and put the flame out with fresh lemons. Served with crusty bread, it's nutty and salty and just plain yummy!! I've had it in GreekTown in Chicago tons of times but it's so easy to make at home. Very impressive.
