Greek Market is the best for selection of products, care in packaging and shipping. Part of my order had to be kept cold and it arrived that way. I was shopping for Tarama Caviar, Kassari Cheese and a special olive oil, three Greek hard to find speciality items. I prefer dipping my Dolmas in Taramosalada rather then serving them with lemon-butter sauce. The Taramosalata I make with this roe exceeds every Greek restaurant that I have had the pleasure of eating in.
