I have a friend who bought these at a Greek festival and was sad when he had finished your jar. I hunted everywhere for them and found them at your website. I bought him several jars for a birthday gift he was thrilled! He eats them as spoon fruit but also uses them for glazes on duck, chicken, and pork and sometimes eats them with vanilla ice cream. Although he has not shared any with me , he calls when he is eating them to let me know how happy he is. He has excellent taste, so they must be as fabulous as he says they are.
