First, the product is top notch. I bought both a small and medium Briki and enjoy both. Second, the service is excellent. From order to confirmation to delivery was a matter of days and very smooth, and I did not pay extra for any of that. The Briki (stainless steel which is perfect for boiling and cleans with just a soft cloth) is the perfect coffee making pot for one or two people. It truly makes the world's best coffee!!! It is GRAND!!

My husband asked for a pot that is used to make Greek coffee for his birthday. We had seen the coffee made on Dr. Oz so the hunt was on. Had to hold at least 2 cups, stainless steel, good handle, broad base and with a pouring spout..my husband didn't ask for much. He had used one of our small pots but without spout, not easy to pour and always made a mess. This pot is PERFECT. Husband now having fun trying to get coffee to foam just right.
