Wow! The rug arrived in just a few days and was beautiful... but it was the wrong size. I called the day it arrived to report he problem -- and I did not get a voice tree or voice mail, I got a human being on the other end of the phone! He emailed me a pre-paid shipping label a few minutes later. And, within two hours, I had another email stating a replacement rug was already shipped. It arrived in two days. Honestly, it was the best customer service experience I've had in years. The rug is gorgeous. Thick and luxurious and so well made. We love walking on it. We spend more time in our living room now sitting on the sofa just so we can bury our feet in the rug. Thank you!

I purchased two of the midweight flokotis and I couldn't be more happy. They are really fine quality (I have owned flokotis before) and the perfect weight for my home. I have a newly rebuilt home with contemporary lines and furniture (mostly mid-century) and the soft look of the flokoti sets a counterpoint to the stronger lines very nicely. My living room was getting too serious with all that look- in comes the flokoti and it is soft and fun! LOVE IT! The only issue to keep in mind it that these rugs are heavy (size and weight dependant of course) and since the best way to keep them looking great is to shake them vigorously and often, which can be an issue for smaller,older people... I have to round up my sons to do this for me and that's not always easy! Worth it though...The customer service at Greek Internet Market is outstanding-prompt, considerate and helpful. Great place to do business.
