I recently bought a Flokati rug from you and the experience has been excellent. The rug is exactly as described and pictured, very good quality. When I went to purchase the rug online it was out of stock so I decided to call the toll free number. Paul, the gentleman who answered, was extremely kind and asked me to hold on while he checked the stockroom. He said he was sure that there were 2 in stock - sure enough he came back on the phone with good news. He then said he was sending the order immediately and it came within a few days as promised. This is truly a family run business with personal care for each customer. I highly recommend the product and this merchant.
