Greek Hummus Recipe


  • 2 cans garbanzo beans, drained and washed
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 gloves minced garlic
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley chopped


Place beans in food processor and blend until smooth, adding water if beans are thick. Add tahini and process until well mixed. Place in bowl and add salt, garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice to beans and mix for 2 minutes. Spread on large plate and add parsley for garnish.
