Wash and peel shrimp. Boil with dash of salt and 1/4 cup vinegar.
In a saucepan put oil and saute onions. Add wine, tomato puree, and tomato paste mixed with 1 cup water from the boiled shrimp. Let it cook until sauce is thick.
Add parsley, salt, and pepper to taste. Add shrimp. Let it cook for 10 more minutes. Serve hot or cold.
