Greek Tabouli Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1-cup whole wheat
  • 1-cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/3 tsp sea salt
  • 2 Tbs allspice
  • 1/2 medium white onion chopped
  • 9 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 5 cups parsley chopped
  • 1-cup mint leaves chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Preparation

Combine 1 cup boiling water to wheat in small bowl and cover. Let sit for 20 minutes. Add lemon juice to the wheat and set for 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and mix.
