Greek Tea Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 quart of boiling water
  • 1/2 ounce of Greek tea. If tea is in bunches on the stems, remove flowers and leaves from stems.
  • Greek honey, if desired to taste

Preparation

Pour water over tea and allow to steep for about 10 minutes. The tea will have a light yellow/tan color.

Using a tea strainer, pour the tea into a cup.

Enjoy with a Greek biscuit!
