Beef With Tomatoes Recipe

Greek beef with tomatoes recipe

2 lbs beef (cut into pieces)
1 lb tomatoes (ripened) diced
3/4 cup butter
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
sea salt

Cut beef in 6 large pieces and wash. Add salt and pepper to taste.
In a large sauce pan heat butter and saute meat. Add diced tomatoes plus 1-2 cups warm water and let boil in low heat for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

Serve over Orzo.
