This gyro meat is fantastic.... the closest I have come to the gyro off the spicket...Me and my family love it.. I will be ordering it again..... it comes in 10-pound package. The thickness is perfect, we prefer over the thin lunch meat style you can buy at some stores by me...but the taste is well, not as good as fresh from Greek Market.

If you were like me and love Gyros but can't get the meat to make them at home, buy these. They make the best sandwiches. Keep one pack of 12 defrosted at all times for that quick hot Gyro wrap. Great quality meat.
