Greek Salad Recipe
1 small head lettuce
1 small cucumber
1 small tomato
1 small red onion
Feta cheese crumbled
Kalamata Olives
Anchovies in oil
Pepperocini peppers
DRESSING
1 cup olive oil
½ cup balsamic vinegar
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp pepper
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp oregano
Blend in processor until creamy.
Cut lettuce, cucumber, tomato, and red onion to desirable size. Garnish with feta, olives, pepperoncini, and anchovies. Pour dressing and serve.
