General Returns

Returns are subject to approval after contacting the GreekMarket.com customer service department by Contacting Us. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED MORE THAN 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF PURCHASE AND WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL BY OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE . We will send you instructions on where and how to return your purchase for a refund of it's purchase price. Please note that returns that do not include a Return Authorization Number on the Address Label will be refused. Returns should be sent to:

Shipping costs are not refundable except for defective items or items sent in error. Defective items will be exchanged for the same items. Defective returns that are found to be non-defective are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

DO NOT DISCARD ANY PACKAGING OR INVOICES UNTIL YOU ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCTS SHIPPED. ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER'S PACKAGING OR DAMAGED PACKAGING MAY BE REFUSED OR RETURNED AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE RETURN POSTAGE COST.

Defective merchandise will be replaced at our discretion. There are NO RETURNS on opened Food items.

Shipping, insurance, and handling charges are not refundable. Returns should be shipped insured, as GreekMarket.com assumes no liability for lost or damaged return shipments. Save your tracking numbers, as they can prove invaluable if your return is lost in transit to us. Your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid.

Items damaged in transit during return are the customer's responsibility. GreekMarket is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please insure your packages.

Rug Returns
