Rice And Orzo Pilaf Recipe
2 tbs olive oil
1/3 cup rice
½ cups orzo
3 cups boiling chicken stock
Grated Romano cheese
In saucepan put oil and lightly brown rice. Add stock, cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed. You can also bake in oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve with cheese.
