Tabouli Recipe

1-cup whole wheat

1-cup fresh lemon juice

1 1/3 tsp sea salt

2 Tbs allspice

½ medium white onion chopped

9 medium tomatoes, chopped

5 cups parsley chopped

1-cup mint leaves chopped

¼ cup olive oil

Combine 1 cup boiling water to wheat in small bowl and cover.  Let sit for 20 minutes.  Add lemon juice to the wheat and set for 5 minutes.  Add the remaining ingredients and mix.
