Zadziki Recipe
2 cups yogurt
1 cup cucumber deseeded and grated
1 clove garlic, crushed
3 Tbs olive oil
2 Tbs parsley
1 Tbs lemon juice
Combine all above ingredients and chill. Serve with crackers or Gyros.
